 Food
Hygiene Training
Food handlers must receive appropriate supervision, and be instructed
and/or trained in food hygiene, to enable them to handle food safely.
From the 1st January 2006, EU Legislation requires all business
producing food to have a documented food safety managment system
in place, based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)
principles.
We offer the following courses to help you meet these new standards:
CIEH - Level
2 Award in Food Safety in Catering - This qualification
replaces the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene.
CIEH - Level 3 - Award in Implementing
Food Safety Management Procedures - examines HACCP, controls and use of FSA Safer Food Better Business
Pack.
