HOUR EMERGENCY AID COURSE
The first few minutes are the most important
This course has been designed as a general Emergency First Aid
procedures course and will provide the participant with the knowledge
and skills
to take charge of a situation if a serious injury or major illness
occurs. Assessment is ongoing through the trainer and a certificate
of competency is issued.

- Resuscitation
- Treatment of unconscious casualties
- Heart attack and basic life support
- Choking and airway maintenance
- Communication and delegation in an emergency
- Control of bleeding
